Looking for a good beach.

Sydney is a neat city. Large, cosmopolitan. Lots to do. I went to Palm Beach and Bondi Beach a couple years back

Queensland is 5 days away from Sydney, if you have the time you can go up there. palm Beach is where all the rich and famous hang out (sorta) and Bondi Beach is where everyone goes. Also Coogee beach is excellent. I'm a born and raised Maroubra beach girl myself but it's not the coolest place to hang out. Also for a trendy place to have a bite try Iceberg's on Bondi or Woolomoloo Wharf near the city.

Sydney has many excellent beaches both surf beaches on the ocean and harbour beaches with calm water. there is also a great deal to do in Sydney. Have a look at Whats on in Sydney here

By the way, I don't know how Tisha is getting from Sydney to Queensland But unless she is going by bicycle, I can't see it taking five days. It is only 1000km from Sydney to Brisbane. You can drive it comfortably in a little over 12 hours.

Yes, Bondi Beach in Sydney is a major tourist attraction. Or try Surfer's Paradise in Queensland.

I have never heard complaints. I bought an audiobook on itunes about a guy who vacations in Australia you should read it it may make your vaca that much better. Its called In a Sunburned Country by Bill Bryson.

Gods own country here. Of course it is a great place to go. It is truly one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
