If you are really ready to support a child then the best time for most women is 14 days after the first day of your period. It is best to have sex a a few times before the 14th day and a few times after. the best way to be sure is to use ovulation tests.

The best time to try and conceive are days 14 - 25 of your menstral cycle. Keep in mind your cycle runs from the start of one period to the start of the next. Good Luck!

Counting from the first day of your period as Day 1, count forward, you should ovulate between Day 14 and Day 16, if you are a regular 28 day cycle.

You can get pregnant at any time of the month if you have sex.
BUT, you should be financially stable and have a good job and place to live and the ability to care for the baby.

You can buy an ovulation kit that will give you a pretty exact time line but a couple weeks after your period.
