True. The Earth (as with the rest of the planets in our solar system) are not true spheres, but oblate spheroids.
I'm not sure if the Earthwere to stop spinning today that the shape would change all that much. The planet has formed a bit of a rigid exoskeleton (so to speak) of tectonic plates, atop the molten core. But without the spin, it's possible that the shape would become more spherical over time.

True. That is why the Earth is NOT a sphere, but is what is known as an oblate spheroid. Due to its rotation, it is actually wider at the equator than at the poles.

Its a interesting question. The sea bulges due to the gravity of the moon and the sun. but I never heard it bulges due to rotation.
There must be some force on the sea due to rotation.

I'm pretty sure the earth would round out if the earth stopped spinning but I would worry more about 182.625 day long nights and days, and the cosmic radiation scorching the earth because of no magnetic field around earth protecting us. So if the earth stopped spinning we would all surely die. Hope this helps answer your question.

The Earth's crust is only a few tens of km thick, compared with the thousands of km of fluid Earth beneath it. I have little doubt that if the Earth stopped spinning it would relax into a more spherical shape, woe be unto us.

not due to it rotation but due to the gravitational patterns being stronger at either of the poles, the earth is actually an off circle and bulges slightly outward. xx

No, the earth did bulge once it was hot and molten liquid all over
Now due to crust formation (earth's top getting solid) the shape is permanent. It won't unbulge even if it stops rotating

True. If it stopped then the bulge probably would sink back down.
