Firstly its very sweet of you to ask this in the first place well.
1st
you could try the be her friend first and then try when you do the little trick who you like ? and then admit you like a girl like her with her hair colour her eyes complement se\hell get it and if your any good looking shell fall for you.
2nd
write her a love letter and then eventually tell her it was u.
3rd
play thruth or dare (a bit very kiddy) and when people aks you who you like just smile and go haha and look at her.
4th
If you look very good then dont worry maybe you could accedently hold her and shell be stunned and feel you like her.
Remeber Looks(as in looking at someone) and doings are worth more than thousand words.

There are many ways to express your love to a gal but you did not state on kind of gal she is. If she is matured, you can ask her out for lunch and express your feelings. If she is childish, you can just send her a text on her handphone, write her a letter or an email will also do. You can also talk to her friend about it. If she is the shy type, it can be quite difficult but you can try to ask her out.
