Cade McNown, statistically, was far worse and won far fewer games than Rex Grossman, so I would say McNown. Grossman is still pending.

They are both in my worst list, I hate to say that because I am a Bears fan, after watching the first couple of games, I gave up hope on " WRECKS " Grossman... Sorry guys.... I do say that the Bears got to the superbowl last season ........ BUT !!! It wasnt Wrecks who got them there it was thier Defence and special teams, look at the stats on offence ( q- back ) and then look at the defence/special teams stats.......

Grossman at least took the team to a Super Bowl...that should pretty much place him above McNown, at least.
And agree that Ryan Leaf is probably the all-time bust. (Always wondered why, too...he had a hell of a lot of physical ability and a cannon for an arm.)

Outside of the Bears, how about Ryan Leaf?

One must also factor in the banality and predictability of the Bear's offensive scheme while considering Rex.

Good question, whats with the Bear's front office. Nobody can evaluate QB talent in Chicago, next they probably draft JD Booty as the next bust.

Cade McNown...he never "brought" a team to the Super Bowl...losing the Super Bowl is another story...

outside of bears, akili smith and tim couch...ryan leaf, just to name a few...
