I have thousands of tiny white bugs the size of dust specks in my kitchen - how can I get rid of them?

find the source-throw all your open or bagged/boxed food out - that's probably where they are coming from.
clean everything with a bleach solution.
use a bug spray for kitchen bugs or have an exterminator come out and spray for you.

Try setting out a bowl of vinegar. Some bugs will be attracted to the vinegar, go into the bowl and drown. Maybe your bugs will do that.

Wipe all of your counter tops down with vinegar. Then get a caulk gun and caulk every single crack and crevice that you can find.
