I have heard that he picks his nose, and once he was spotted leaving the mens' room without washing his hands.

Well he was in a real bad film 'Return of the Killer Tomatoes'. However, I think the naughtiest thing he's done was winding up the paparazzi on Valentines day this year when rumours were spreading that Angelina and Brad were going to wed at his Italian home. He had his staff set up his garden with chairs, flowers etc. to make it look like a wedding was taking place.

Being a drinker as he is known for, I'm sure he has just hasn't been caught. I know recently in New York I believe, he got into a motor-cycle accident could it be his drinking or just bad driving skills.

Nope he is a good person good in character and talented actor.
He has a reputation he wants to protect and promotes a good image for Hollywood

he once returned a library book three weeks late, he ate after eight mints before 8pm, and he even stuck gum under his desk at school
