Last week the Canadian dollar and the USD reached parity. Now that the Canadian dollar and the USD are of equal value, will we soon see a movement to a common North American currency?

I'm completely in favor of a North American Union with a common economic plan and currency.

Then again, I'm not a xenophobic nationalist that considers Americans to be the pinnacle of the human race.

I'm all for globalization.

For the income of people who do no longer persist with your link, the substance of the information tale is Obama's appointment of Ron Kirk as commerce chief. The appointment of Ron Kirk is SURREAL whilst taken consisting of Obama's marketing campaign supplies approximately NAFTA and customarily approximately convalescing the lives of standard human beings. If that appointment isn't sufficient to cajole those that Obama is a CON, no longer something would be. They (Obama and his handlers and insiders) have become so smug they do no longer look to be even pretending to be on the part of the concern-loose human beings to any extent further - as further and further appointments are made that needless to say practice the status quo will proceed ON ALL FRONTS. to answer your question .... the Obama administration will persist with an identical course through fact the Bush administration through fact they answer to an identical masters - the banksters and the corporate elite. to shop u.s., human beings could awaken in time for 2012 to vote in shape-friendly politicians. it could already be too previous due. Can center type u.s. proceed to exist yet another 4 years of the status quo? perchance yet its questionable. Can center type u.s. proceed to exist yet another 8 YEARS of the status quo. particularly no longer.

That would be nice. Of course that is also like finding an 'honest' politician, I don't think it will happen during our lifetimes. Like illegal immigrants. Why don't they just come up with a plan to integrate both Canada and Mexico into one country with the United States and call it the North American Union or some such entity. Then everyone will be happy. Especially Homeland Security because then they will be able to break into houses without warrants in three countries instead of just one.

Would someone break the news to Chad that his tax dollars will be going to improve living conditions for millions of Mexicans. Their government won't do anything for them so why should we? What happenend when Germany was reunited? West Germany just about went broke!

I am not sure that the two are related but the NAU is a force that we must stop. This plan is being carried out largely in secret and even those carrying it out do not understand the full implications.

Yes and no. This has been in the plannings for decades. Of course our privately owned and operated, although 'legal', Federal Reserve will love it.

Does anyone happen to have a credit card that is dated beyond 2010 for it's expiration date, the year that NAU is supposed to come to it's completion? Just curious.

There would be too much Resistance on both sides of the border. If that ever happens, there would have to be some brain washing on both sides, and that would take some time.

suthrnlyts...yes. I have one 2011.

Well in part. The fall of the US dollar is still in it's nascent stage, it will get a LOT worse.

that will be a great idea and better yet lets make canada a part of the u.s. of a, the 51st states of the union. and then we can make mexico the 52nd and soon there will be no more illegals and our border will be a lot easier to protect in the northern part of alaska and yukon territories.
