I cannot identify this piece -- it is not a classical piece, but one intended to sound classical -- except that it starts out in a quasi-baroque style, with a pretty good imitation of Bach, then jumps into classical, then throws in some romantic fireworks. A real mongrel. Harmonic patterns are not quite "right" for each of the periods -- they have the earmark of a "pop" piano player.

This piece was not played, but is the realization of a MIDI file. Where did you get it? If you have the original MIDI format, you can capture it with a music notation program that supports MIDI file importation, like Sibelius, Finale, Music Notater etc. and Voila!, there is your sheet music. If not, well, I don't know how else to help you.
