You may be saying that the US will bomb because Ahmadinejad visited, or you may be saying that Ahmadinejad inspired more countries to socialize their resources. Both suggestions are ridiculous, and properties values will stay the same unless Bush and the the rest of the neo-conservatives need to buy ranches in Paraguay.
