How can you get a job somewhere if you can't speak the language or read the menu?

They have employment applications in Spanish!!! My son applied and didn't get the job but a non-English speaking person did. Wtf?!?!

i asked myself that when i took my kids to a local carnival and none of the operators for the rides spoke English, couldn't give any instructions safety advice etc..

How about asking yourself why do employers hire them, underpay them and do not provide them full insurance???
