I think the closest think to Hendrix hip Hop would be Common' Electric circus album, but definately not rap, some type of hip hop fusion.

i dont think he'd play hip hop or rap because theyre terribly unoriginal and hendrix was completely unique. plus, how would he fit a guitar solo into a rap song?

i love real hip hop, but it would hurt me to see him with soulja boy and lil wayne or any trash mainstream MC, it would be cool to see him with nas, or any smart MC....he would proly be rock, but if you notice white folks lable everything a black person does as r&b or hip hop, they cant be pop,rock, or anything else
