yap google earth can do it. If you want it live via satellite (say, checking at your neighbor if he's hitting on the donkey, you can pay for the services). But here's one you check out too.

There is no such a thing unless you work for the CIA.
Google, Yahoo, etc, satellite maps are all several months (if not years) old.
