I don't think women would have to use pick up lines because if the men kept all the sexual energy the already have then added the desire to procreate they would be begging the women to sleep with them. Can you picture a horny, hormonal man on a date? Of course if men did give birth then maternity/paternity leave would be completely reworked so that pregnant men could take off as much time as they wanted because they really are big babies themselves. But that's just my opinion.

I think it would be better, because guys are larger framed creatures and could probably hold a baby and protect it in their stomachs better than a girl can. and if they are so strong like most guys claim to be it should be even easier for them to pop them out
