Can be done but it's a bit of a roundabout route, you might be best to hire a car. Anyway, it's Eindhoven Airport to Eindhoven Centraal by bus, Eindhoven Centraal to Antwerp by train, then Antwerp to Arendonk by bus.

This is a tough one as Arendonk is in Belgium and the Belgian public transport site is giving me problems... Looking into it though...
You can take bus 401 from Eindhoven Airport to Eindhoven Central Station.
From Eindhoven Central Station you can take a train to Antwerp Central Station.
This whole trip should take you about 2,5 to 3 hours.
From Antwerp Central Station to Arendonk is something I'm still looking into.
This is the site I'm trying to get an answer from http://www.delijn.be/delijn/
(edit)
Ok, I found the directions to a place called Hooge Mierde from Antwerp and from Eindhoven, they are
Arriving from direction Eindhoven (A67)
Exit Eersel / Bladel / Reusel. At traffic lights turn left, direction Eersel. At roundabout turn right, follow direction Reusel. Roundabout before Reusel, turn right direction Hooge Mierde...
Arriving from direction Antwerp (E34)
Exit Arendonk. Go left to Arendonk. In the village go right after the church and follow direction Reusel. At the roundabout in Reusel go left to Hooge Mierde...
This would suggest going from Eindhoven to Eersel, then Reusel, then Arendonk... Now to find a bus or train going that route, will be difficult since it's two countries... but let's see... I think Willeke has a very good point and you should just contact the pro's and ask them about this one, or hope that someone from that part of the country is on Answers but that is not a very big chance I think... Maybe asking this question in the Belgium section would be a good idea too? You can tell our Belgian friends we said hello! :)

Maybe this site will do the job for you:
http://www.b-rail.be/main/E/index.php
I also do not get a good result for the total travel, but with the Dutch train part:
http://www.ns.nl/servlet/Satellite?cid=1083234338201&pagename=www.ns.nl%2FPlanner%2Fplannerplus2stap&p=1083234338201&lang=en
you might be able to work it out yourself.
Added:
I had a look on a map and Eindhoven and Arendonk are rather close together, so traveling through Antwerp will make your trip much longer.
This is what I get for touristic information addresses: http://www.arendonk.be/ (point your mouse on toeristische informatie in the top bar, and click on toerisme Arendonk in the drop down menu).
Contact one on the list and ask for help.
Or maybe the tourist information office in Eindhoven can help you:
