It's on www.rightmove.co.uk. I'm looking to buy my first house and I want to know if you think that it's good for the money and/or if you think it's a nice house. Sorry, but I can't work out how to get directly to the house so you will have to search for it.

, it took me ages to find your question again.. its a lovely house but looks a bit narrow, i love the kitchen, and it looks like its decorated to a good standard... may be a bit small if you have children.... go and arrange a viewing they always look different in real life, and view it on different days and different times.. good luck!!!

If you can think further afield, the Wyre Forest area (Kidderminster) is probably better for value - £200,000 will buy you a good 4-bedroomed detached house in a good area a little further North from Droitwich.

Looks nice - Droitwich is generally pretty good all over, except for that area out towards the M5 on th Wychbold side. Can't think what its called now!!

I've seen worse houses for the money.I am unaware of the area though so I couldn't say if it's a good move or not.

Good luck tho.

I wouldn't, the last house sold on that road was in April for £147500. You can check prices on http://uk.houseprices.yahoo.net
