I have twice recently walked into them,its a horrible feeling.
are they supposed to be lucky,unlucky?any superstitions about them?
I dont really believe in that kind of thing anyway.

We bought an old cottage, are doing it up right now before we come move in. I was walking into the room that is to be the kitchen when my partner called me. I turned back to him, turned my head again and next thing and yelled, jumped three foot high while trying to clear a massive spider web off my face! I wailed like a banshee while partner tried to clean me up. Had bits of web inside my nostrils too! I don't know if they're lucky or unlucky but one sure thing ... I stayed out of the cottage until he had got rid of them all. I can put up with many things but spiders and spiders webs ... ARGH!

Yes, and I hate it . It makes me feel so gross and I'm always freaked at first thinking there's probably a spider on me somewhere. I have heard it is suppose to be bad luck too but I don't really believe in superstitions.

What do you think, a billion or something like that! XD It´s unlucky, of course, cause you get a really yucky feeling. Brrrr.... I just seems to have a talent like that - put me in a forest and I will find the nearest spiders web!

I've walked through many spider webs (I STRONGLY DISLIKE SPIDERS)
Anyway, I don't believe superstition.

i hate that! we have spiders where our boat is docked that are larger than a nickel but smaller than a quarter. one evening when we were leaving, i walked into one and almost fell off of the dock jumping around trying to get it off of me.
i've never heard whether it was lucky or unlucky.

Yes I have, a few times. The most traumatic being going to paint my mother's front porch for her and walking face first into a web and getting a dime-sized garden spider, RIGHT BETWEEN MY EYES! They are harmless, but still, thanks! Now all the hairs on the back of my neck are standing up.

haha yes, and I always make it such an ordeal...such an icky feeling. But i'm not usually that dramatic with insects!
Can't say iv'e heard any superstitions about spiders webs though
