On my mac with an .mac account I try to... Mail Contents Of This Page, by going to file and clicking the Mail Contents of this page link. Nothing happens.
I try to.... Mail Link to This Page by clicking the link again nothing happens.
Maybe a few seconds later the link appears in the Draft Box and I try to send it nothing happens.
What the Hell am I doing wrong or not doing as the case maybe.

Well, you are doing exactly what you should.
Since it seems the machine isn't behaving; I would try repairing permissions first.
Go into Applications>Utilities>Disk Utility and click the button that says 'repair permissions'.
try it again, and restart if it doesn't work; and try once more.
If it still doesn't want to do it; you can try reinstalling the latest COMBO update from Apple.
