Getting up at zero dark thirty this morning to go to work, I checked the news. I read Hillary's quote "I don't know what we will be inheriting."
I immediately e-mailed her thru her Senate website. I asked her how she could be sitting on several key committees overseeing the most scrutinized and micro-managed conflict in history, be extremely vocal about how terrible it is going yet in the same breath say "I really don't know what is going on over there."?
I suggested she spend more time in finding out and less time campaigning. I told her if she is determined to be the next President, the troops will expect their Commander-in-Chief to show up prepared.
And yes, I gave my name, address, phone and service.

Your question about the American people being stupid and uneducated can impose some serious questions when you consider that almost a majority of American people with the help of the Supreme Court voted for George W Bush for president and then an actual majority of American people did vote for George W Bush for the second term. What does that say about the degree of intelligence of American people? Sorry, but your first statement about immediate troop withdrawel is not true; but that's what the Republicans are trying to sell to the american people.
Joe Biden has been saying for years to 'sector Iraq off with a central government in control', and guess what? That seems to be the new talked about strategy coming fourth from the Republicans. hmmmm
I don't know who of the contenders for nominees is asking for a complete immediate withdrawel of troops. Well, I can answer that there aren't any.
However, there are Republicans including President George W Bush, who insist that the 'surge' meaning expansion of combat operations, is actually working when it isn't.
A move to end the war doesn't mean immediat withdrawel of fighting combat troops.
Saddam Hussian is dead!
Osama Bin Laden is still living
Does that say anything about this war in Iraq?
thanks

properly i may well be shocked if better than an extremely small minority of atheists unquestionably made that assumption. yet in this internet site the fundies tend to take centre degree and you are able to ignore those theists who do no longer write in all capitals and misrepresent scientific theories. i might wager that for the duration of maximum circumstances, while somebody looks to declare that each physique theists are uneducated they are unquestionably attempting to specific a greater specific view and purely left our the essential qualifier. yet this is in basic terms a wager, in case you choose to appreciate for specific you're able to ask the suitable atheists in my view. and that i'm no longer asserting that there are not any atheists who surely do have self assurance all theists to be stupid or uneducated, I purely doubt there are as many as there might seem to be. As for the term 'delusional', colloquially it rather is known purely to verify with a pretend concept. So if somebody calls you delusional they might purely mean that they disagree with you. nonetheless this is a exceptionally aggressive way of putting it. and of course in a greater technical experience, as you're little doubt conscious, a non secular concept does no longer symbolize a fable.

The problem is:
They made these promises to get voted into Congress because the polls show the citizens want it...even though they knew pulling out would be disastrous
Now they have to tell the citizens the hard reality, because they'll be expected to follow through as President without simply being one vote among many.

No matter what the politicians or the Press say, I sincerely believe the situation is getting out of control; it would be good if the army gave a realistic account on what's been going on in Iraq and Afghanistan; in order to do that a group of army and political experts should reach a decision whether to withdraw immediately or not, and if not, how long and with what number of soldiers to persist in Iraq !

Last nights debate was comical at best. None of them ever answered the questions straight. they had to throw in their voting record, but of course we all know it is BS.
What I will say about it is last night was the end of the Hillary era. she got slammed by everyone and looked like the liar that she is.
I believe this is a time for change and after last night there was noone on that stage worth the time or best interest for the American people.

Especially Hillary. She's the front runner, and she's already acting like she owns the white house. She refuses to answer legitimate and simple answers as if we have no right to question her.
I believe if Hillary gets elected, America will get a female dictator.

The Democrats have little, if any, credibility on foreign policy matters.
Many, many people have made their careers and fortunes from the supposed ignorance and stupidity of the American people. Jerry Springer is but one of many examples.
