apart from the streets, some of the stuff and fashion that japanese like ..it's not really the real representation of japan...it's a bit like ny with tall buildings and open streets...

try some japanese movies

Not even close ! Yeah, most kids have a $200,000 car they don't mind smashing up ! Get real ! Much of that movie was filmed in Los Angeles ! Many of Tokyo's streets are small and winding. And there's not any black / white kids running around actting crazy. Most kids don't speak English well, if at all.

Most racing and crash scenes were filmed (or CGed) in the US, not in Japan.

You can see real Shibuya town at 02:08, which were depicted in the Tokyo drift, in the following film.
