i think its the one when the nanobot things rebuild red dwarf and holly comes back online, and the starbug is shrinking and they hit a rat in the backside and holly goes

Not sure I could say these are my favourites but certainly the ones that make me laugh every time.
Lister: Let's get out there and **** it (about the polymorph)
Kryten: At least Mr Listers guitar survived intact (Kat breaks the guitar). Not even Mr Listers guitar survived intact.
Arnold Rimmer: (Talking about Lister on the meditable when Kryten has just mentioned about him not liking blood) It's okay when it's Listies!
Oh, and the whole scene with Holly and Lister talking about fighters from the NorWeb Federation because Lister left a lightbulb on before he left and the sausage covering 2/3 of the planet is just hilarious as well.

How about Rimmer World or Lister trying to teach Kryton to lie, cheat and swear (Smeeeeg Heeeead), 'Smoke me a Kipper' and 'Dwain Dibbly!'
