Some place like that, I'd look at them strangely. Then would ask them to move, or I would move. (If I felt threatened somehow) Some people are just friendly like that. I might think they were weird, but I might also let them entertain me for a bit!

depends if it was a male or female. It would a little weird if a guy sat down, but cool if it were a lady.

If it was a guy, I would say "I would move if I were you cause I'm meeting my boyfriend any second"
If it was a girl I would just say "Hey..whatsup," and then tell her she was taking the seat of my friend or boyfriend or whatever.
Cause I never go to places like that alone, it's so loser (for me anyways)D=

I'd probably ask him what his problem was and ask him to leave if he didn't get the hint. (I might even tell him that my husband was in the bathroom and he's in his seat!)
