There's no best song really, but there are favorites.

My favorites:

Beatles: "Come Together"

It has a great bassline, the vocals are great, I love the "shoot" thing, the guitar parts are excellent, and it's on rhythm.

U2: "New Year's Day"

It's a great song with a great melody.

Led Zeppelin: "Communication Breakdown"

This song should be more highly regarded. It set the basis for punk rock, and we have great performances by every member of the band. The first album is classic.
