It's very obvious. I've come to the conclusion that juries, particularly in celebrity trials, are idiots. Let's not forget Robert Blake. He too is walking free. He is just like OJ and now Phil. There was testimony from his driver that Phil Spector came out of the house and said, "I think I killed somebody." For that reason alone....why would that beautiful young woman have killed herself after one date with this pig? He has a history of strange and agressive behavior towards females. This jury was as dumb as a bag of rocks. Kate J...if the standard was "solid proof" then many murderers would be running free today. There was no solid proof about Scott Peterson, but happily he was convicted.

I think he did it....but the other poster is right. The jury doesn't get to see/hear all the things we do.

Also....according to our justice system....all the defense has to do is have a "reasonable" doubt.....if one major part of the evidence sounds off.....he will be free.

This woman didn't "date" him.....she was a waitress who went home with him (god knows why).....let this be a lesson to all women....don't go home with strange men (and spector is one of the strangest) just to get ahead in you career....

In my heart I think he is. But if I were on the jury I would have to have solid proof of his crime. A lot of killers get off because a jury won't convict without solid evidence.

Name one famous rich person who has been found guilty of murder. Justice can be bought! In this case, however, we get to see another trial and then maybe, just maybe...

Something about that Celibrity status that seems to wooo the juries! He should have been held accountable years ago.

Obviously not to the jury who have heard all the evidence as opposed to someone who has only the "information" supplied by the media

Of course the egomaniac jerk is a killer.L.A. seems to have the most IGNORANT jurors in the entire country. Maybe in the entire hemisphere. Sad it is.
