At times i think it would be nice to be able to go back in time just to relive a few days, to see old friends you have forgotten about and experience the care-free life of a child again.
But that can never happen.

Oh yes......certainly. I had a fantastic childhood and would love to go back for a week, but knowing what i know now. So i could show my parents how much I appreciate them and love them.
They knew i did, but that didn't stop me from being a "normal" cheeky teenager that sometimes gave them reasons to worry.....nothing criminal...just things like not coming home on time or fooling around at school and not studying for exams.
I would be the perfect little girl for them. They loved me lots and I them, but you don't tell them when you're little do you.
Luckily they never died till I was older and I had many years with them.

No didn't have a good childhood, to many bad things happened and a long story to try and explain. Maybe if I had a happy childhood I would feel different.

I had a miserable childhood. I used to spend as much time as possible shut in my bedroom because I was terrified of my parents, particularly my father. So ... NO! I've been much happier since I became an adult and escaped his controlling.

I would not want to be a kid in the 21st century. It was easier when I was a kid. Much simpler. Sure it seemed tough now but I would not want to face the pressures kids have now.
