There is a product called Goo Gone that comes in either a spray or just a liquid that can be applied with a cloth or paper towel. It can be purchased at Wal-Mart, and I've seen it in the hardware section of the store. It works great.
There is also a product called Un-Do that works just as well. It is usually located in the craft section of a store. Sometimes you can find it at Wal-Mart, but often you see it at craft stores such as Hobby Lobby, Michael's, and scrapbooking stores. I believe it is a little more expensive than Goo Gone, but I think it may work just a tad better.
Hope this helps!

Use a single edge razor blade. Using a cotton ball soaked with fingernail polish remover...work the edge of the sticker up. Dab with the remover...continue until you are able to work all the way down the sticker and PRESTO, it will be off your window.

Scrape off with a razor blade, possible clamped to a vise grip plier, followed by glue cleanup using acetone or nail polish remover. DO NOT use this product on plastic or plexiglass.

Hot air gun is probably too hot, might shatter glass, try a hairdrier, and a blade from a utility knife.
