Set some goals for yourself. Make a list each day. When each task is completed, cross it off the list. Look for ways to serve others in your life. Pray for guidance. Visit with a gp or internist for a check for depression.

I feel the same way sometimes, due to lack of many things....
Not having anything good to look forward to your day is one of them....Being too tired or getting wasted earlier can affect your ability to wake up.....Knowing your problems cannot be solve by waking up trying to do something new or different surely will put you back to sleep.......Not having a relationship, job, hobbies, having poor health,....etc...can lead to depression........

i have experiences all that im always dreaming of what will happen to me next and cant sleep at night im always lonely and depressed which i dont know whats the cause until i found that i have already sickness in my brain i got a sickness called schezophrenia a mental illness at first i dont accept that it but my family brought me to phsycologist and had given me some advice thanks to God i accepted all the fact until i found myself free from that kind of illness now i refrained from being alone i always made myself busy so that i cant let my mind always wondering cause i know i might be sick again so enjoy yourself leave the things that bother you

there is no need to wish this.Actually life is a dream in the way to death...so live it to fullest. you always don't enjoy the dream too.sometimes you get bad dreams so that all is simply life.and about you just want to sleep so change your attitude your surrounding,enviornment hope you will enjoy your new life.

possibly, only you know how you feel. if you are depressed at least youve made the first step-seeing somethings wrong.
second step is going to see your gp and telling him exactly how you feel--theres no shame in needing a little help now and then
