who is better in tests and ODI's? and what are ur reasons? give any stats to prove ur point!

Ponting! He's being playing for a long time but he's still in top form. He works hard for his team and they did miss him in the matches he didn't play. The Indian team did very well without the mighty Tendulkar.

Generally Tendulkar is better. The reasons are the records he had made.Centuries,runs scored etc. I guess he played a lot of cricket than ponting. Ponting is good too. An excellent captain compared to Tendulkar.
Off cricket, Ponting is arrogant. Tendulkar is not.

Never compare sachin and ponting cause they are different, they are having different records, sometimes sachin looks better than ponting and sometimes ponting looks better than sachin, sachin scored more runs than ponting in ODIs and tests.
