Microsoft product, runs only on window servers.
Expensive, licenced, and slow due to windows.
It allows interaction on web pages (you click something, an exchange occurs between the user and the server, and the "reply" appears on the page WIHTOUT reloading the unchanged part of the page).
Better of with Unix running Apache (World wide most popular server, fast and efficient, no windows), and code in PhP (20 times more powerful than ASP(x).).

Its a web programming Language like ..php html
etc ..but this is used to create dynamic web pages...
u can use php and aspx runs on a windows server..
this is nothing but activx server pages..most of the popular
sites use this language like orkut,gmail etc..
