It was strange. It was about a girl who meets a cute guy, and soon learns that every time she become sexually aroused she switches gender. (anyone know the name they gave this condition?) He also has the same issue and the movie is them figuring this all out, and resolving it. i think it was a fairly mainstream movie. Anyone know?

Actually they literally switch sexes... the girl gets male genitalia and the male gets breasts and female genitalia.
