I am not sure this question was posted in the right section. With many areas to post questions, this one was posted in the football section. I am sure there are many other informative section to display a messages such as these.

the succeed part sounds a bit redundant to me.

It should end "be able to deal with any situation successfully."

i think that the second one is more correct, because you used the word "things" so you should also use the word "them" not "it" because the word "it" is for singular.
