There were a lot of ideas on radio tonight here in the bay area
to say "Thank You Barry" at ATT park. Maybe a statue like tnos for Mays,McCovey and Marichal. Any one got a "real" idea?

He does deserve a statue at AT&T considering that he built that place.

I know that everyone will opt for a statue of Bonds swinging a bat, but I was always a sucker for when Bonds was standing on 1st base and his dad was standing right behind him. It sums up the entire game of baseball : a sport that is enjoyed and passed on from father to son.

Bonds did everything with his father in mind, so I know that he would appreciate a lasting tribute to both carriers of the no. 25.

That's for you fans in the bay area to decide . The Giants already did by not offering him a contract . In the rest of the country most people think he took steroids and then lied about it . Hank Aaron is the Home Run King .

well it depends on what direction they wanna go i if they wanna rebuild then they probably won't resaign him but if they wanna win a championship then they probably will bring him back and add to their payroll the one good reason to bring bonds back is because they will sell tickets as the fans would want to see bonds get the alltime homerun record and plus with bonds there more free agents would be likely to want to come and be a part of history with bonds and to try to win a championship
