I think they may be called gum boots in America.
Mine are green with lots of mud on after walking the dog!

ohhhh the good old rubber boot......use to work in a shoe store and i hated putting those floppy things back in the racks.
nope most of them don't fit my foot very well.
the cute ones are all for kids, look like frogs or bugs and so funny.
