We have witnessed and basically either ignored or destroyed cultures that had generations of peace. And almost always it has been because of our elitist concept of God.
Many cultures thrived in the South Pacific for hundreds (and a few for a thousand) of years in peace until we came and forced our religion (as well as our greed and our diseases) on these people. The natives of Hawaii lived for a thousand years in peace until we came and forced our religion (as well as our greed and diseases) on these people. Likewise with the Eskimos. And we stole their land and killed thousands of Native Americans while believing we had God on our side. We destroy peace and paradises in the name of our God.
There will never be peace on earth until each country and each leader keeps their God to themselves and quites trying to force their God on everyone else.

I don't think that World Peace is possible, sorry. I do care about getting along with others but the human race in general is naturally warlike and until we either have a leap in evolution or destroy ourselves completely there will never be peace on Earth.

Human are aggressive by nature so I doubt that we will ever have peace on earth. Why care when you can not change how people behave. If people are peaceful, they would not create weapons of mass destruction.

I don't think there will ever be peace on earth. Even the dinosaurs didn't have peace on earth. Why should WE have peace on earth?

Everything must come from within. Don't rely on book-knowledge. Trust the self alone.
Differences are outside. The eye sees, the ear hears, etc.
Honour your parents. Respect your elders. Love all as yourself.
If you remain yourself, everything will be all right.
See God in everything. You are in God. God is in you.
Look for it in the whole world, I bet you won't find it, my friend. Peace is within you. Meditate! Enjoy the bliss..................

i intend to create a small pocket of peace on earth.
but in all likelyhood, the non-peaceful parts will declair war with us.
so, once we win the war, maybe.
