Every sring and autum i move my bed from one end of my room tothe other and I turn my mattress at the same time!

yes... usually every 3-6 months... although last time i very nearly took the ceiling light out too !!
(what a silly place to put a light !)

Not so often as everyone says that does....
it's not so easy to do that because my bed is the upper of a double-deck ;)
