Ok theres this girl whose in my math class, sometimes I see her sitting on a bench using her laptop. I haven't spoken to her once yet and sometimes I catch her looking at me and once I catch her eyes I look away as tho I didn't catch her. So I feel like approaching her and become friends but I'm just afraid she'll think I'm creepy or we might get off at a bad start. What should I do? She seems like a smart and nice person. Thanks for reading.

Approach her. Start small. Sit next to her, and comment on her choice of laptop. "Oh, I see you have a [insert computer type here]. I hear they're really good. What are you working on?"
Be her friend, and see what happens

The worst thing in life is not knowing.
Talk to her - if it doesn't go OK then you will have the knowledge of how it worked out and can move on.
If you don't say anything then you know nothing.
On the flip side if it works out you have the possibility of a new friend if you say nothing you can turn old and gray and wonder what would have happened if you had walked up and started a conversation.

Go for it look what do you have to loose maybe if you look at it like this maybe thats what shes waiting on you to do approach her and if you've caught her looking at you have you ever thought in her head she could be saying the same things (for an example) "oh my god hes so cute but what if i approach him will he think i'm creepy"? so go for it i'm sure if shes anykind of a girl she'll talk to you and let you know if she thinks your creepy i think you'll do fine better to do so then to sit back and never do it but no matter what you do good luck i'm sure she'll want to be friends !!!!

you should just go and sit next to her and start a conversation with her maybe about her laptop or something by the way whats there to loose if she thinks your creepy **** it, you know your not.
