EDITED ANSWER:
Defecating on stage was normal for G.G. Allin. You could not go to a G.G. Allin performance without expecting to see him naked, smearing blood and feces on himself, and attacking members of the audience. He planned to kill himself on stage, but ended up dying of a heroin overdose after one of his shows.
