yeah. that would be my step-dad. everything that comes out of his mouth is negative. at least now that i am married and have a son he can't say shizit.

I have an old aunt.
If I want to see where is the black colour hidden in a rainbow, I ask her.
If I want to know the disadvantages of being happy, I ask her.
If I want to hear the bad news about a marriage, I ask her.
If I want to learn who is ill/unhappy/imprisoned/ divorced/dead, I ask her.
So I have stopped asking her!! I feel much better now!

Yes, my mom..she always has something negative to say about me, but I try not to let it get to me.

I don't know. If I do, they certainly are keeping their opinion from me.

YES two in fact, my parents. I swear, they couldn't see teh bright side if it ran up to them, whacked them with a three foot salami and screamed, "Hey! I'm the bright side!"
