probably meth, but in the UK meth is not widely available yet, I'd say the worst ways to f*ck your life up over here are proably still crack and heroin, I'v had friends and relatives who've had problems with both and they just made you a shell of your former self, it really becomes an existence rather than a life.I'v got a cousin who's been in and out of prison all his life because of crimes related to heroin addiction.
Crack and heroin are pretty much the only drugs for which I am fully behind the whole 'just say no' attitude.
