some you wonder about and some you know definitely are.
don't give a second thought to some of your answers. i think one person thought you meant handicapped and i know one of the others is always answering like an ***.

'Impaired' as in "mentally challenged"? Well, heck, that answer's right here on this page! Hilarious!
'Impaired' as in "intoxicated"? Well, that's definitely true. There are those willing to admit it. And others you can tell by their typing!
'Impaired' as in "physically disabled"? Well, that's one of the great equalizers of the Internet, isn't it? No one 'here' can tell, and it doesn't matter one bit!

I've never thought about "impaired" as related to drugs, etc., but I have thought there are many who are, shall we say, "educationally, mentally, racially, socially and otherwise challenged."
