do you perhaps mean being?
if so, i think each individual decides what their own goal is, to me the major goal of living is to live, experience what life has to offer, to live and learn and grow then a minor or secondary goal is to convince others that any hitting of children is wrong

If it's not Being, which Bing do you mean ?
Bing Xin, Bernice Bing, Bing Far, Murti Bing ?
I... never heard of Bing to be honest (Yep I'm ignorant ;-)
So... I started searching, but countless Bings seem to be associated with philosophy.
When you give a little more detail I'll philosophize on that one.
I must say I like Bing Xin's version, the philosophy of love and staying child, life begins at 80 according to her ;-)
