I just barely got my car like 3 weeks ago I baught from FORD and now it doesnt work??? it is a 94 chevy camaro and i baught it AS IS no WARRANTY. Do i still have any rigthts to return this car??????

Sorry to say, but "As-Is, No Warrantee" is the seller's way of saying, "All sales final, no returns." Legally, you have no recourse, even if you bought a lemon from a licensed dealer; unless you live in California, where you might be able to go to the DMV and invoke the lemon law. Even then, you may be stuck with it, unless the dealer has a history of foisting off lemons on the public. I had one dealership in the Berkely/Oakland area put out of business with this once. Very satisfying...

no, as is, means exactly that , as is. you cant return it and you have no warranty covering any repairs. basically your stuck with it.... remind the old adage "let the buyer beware"and never buy anything as is with no warranty again.
