grrr I hate laughtracks! all the best new stuff doesn't use them. I think they make a programme seem so old-fashioned now it's actually a bit cringeworthy.

I don't like laugh tracks.
Most of the time the shows aren't that funny and laugh tracks don't make them any funnier.
How you sleep is up to you. If you find this position comfortable I see no harm in it, but it does sound rather unusual. I generally sleep on my right side.

it rather is to swap the studio purpose marketplace that television sitcoms used to tape in front of. for the reason that they are taping the exhibits devoid of crowd, they want the laughtrack to swap the sounds that a real crowd might have made.
