Check out TV, they have some PS shows that show augmentations, though I believe they block out certain parts.

You could check out various PS sites on the net.

Hmm I guess you could try searching for it on google or yahoo or another search engine, or you could try looking up plastic surgeon websites.. They may not have video clips of it, but some might have pictures (step by step) 0f the surgery.
