you can actually buy scissors sharpener, and for everything elseyou can buy a stone, which is called different names, wet stone, honing stone, or sharpening stone, should be able to find at your local hardware store...

I've never heard of tweezers needing to be sharpened. For scissors and knives, you can get a special block or whetstone to do it.

scissors: cut 80 grit to 200 grit sandpaper into narrow strips with the scissors.
