One of the most important things that I have learned in this life is that pain and suffering is a necessity in order to grow and become stronger and wiser.

So often as I grew up, things would come my way that I would let pretty much destroy my world - all hope was gone. But now that I'm older (27) I've learned to take things as they come, cry when they hurt, evaluate and reflect and then pick myself up with all that I've learned from it and carry on with my head held higher and more wisdom gained.

That you can never and should never limit the things you learn in life to just one thing. Learning is based on experiences, the ability to relate to experiences and the results of experiences at the very minimum. However, if I really had to limit it to one thing? That one thing would be that Humans Have the Capability and Opportunity to Think!

Love your self, have self assurance in your self. That it is a strange contradiction.... Real self satisfaction lies in forgetting self in satisfying others, especially those who are near and dear. As a corollary, I have noticed that whenever I am extremely happy, I invariably forget myself.

i learned that nothing have a meaning.and that people are selfish beings and that poetic love doesn't exist ,and that we deserve everything bad that hapend to us
