Blackwater is a very dangerous organization. They are all ex military and trained to kill. They have power over the state police here in America.
They are in actuality a private army of mercenaries. They work for the highest bidder, There is no loyalty in their service. They are a business out to make profit.
No.... the US does not need a 180,000 to replace them. They will need millions to clean up the mess Blackwater has contributed to in Iraq.
How many of these heavily armed security agencies exist that we know nothing about?
They are potential tools of anarchy.

I'll argue with all these people that answered here. All these men that work for Blackwater are former men from the service, I applied years ago but, didn't make it, I had a family and they weren't taking family men at the time. They're all former Rangers, Special forces, paratroopers, etc. they are all plumbers, electricians, carpenters, craftsmen also. They are what the Army cannot train in a short time they're needed. My grandson is an Master Electircian for them and has been for three years now, his guards are Blackwater also. He counts on them to watch his back while he works and wire Iraqui homes. My brother-in-law was an Iron worker, his brother worked for them, and their coisin.
And, by the way, a Master electrician here in Michigan makes about $125,00.00 a year with overtime, guess what he makes over there, about $120,00.00 a year so, don't tell me he's doing it for the money.
You call them "thugs" how dare you, what do you know? the Iraqui rebels cut the throats of the civilians and the soldiars they catch, what do you call them? who's side are you on.
I'll ask you all "what have you gave to your country?" remember what a famous man said years ago "ask not what your country can give to you but, what can you give to your country"
So, before your go on carping, what have you done for your country?
And, if you know so much about our government you'd know, it takes an act of congress to start a draft, the full vote of the House and the Senate, do you think they'd really get that in these times? I think not.

Black water is a private security firm, The government pays them to do their dirty work. That means we pay them. They are a disgrace to our country.
If this racist war keeps going on it will take a draft and a whole lot more than 180,000 men.
