Cool. I'd say check out a BDSM website like collarme.com. There are plenty of other websites out there like it. They're basically dating sites geared specifically towards people with your unique interests.
Note, however, that while there are a LOT of female dominants...there are even more male submissives so you may have a hard time at first finding a woman to dominate you (at least, if you want it free...if you don't care about money there are a number of professional female dominants out there but I have no idea what they charge). Don't lose heart. You'll find what you're looking for, I'm sure, though you may go through some rejections first.

Try using a dating site like Craigslist. You can make up a personal ad that explains what you're looking for and maybe a woman will respond and you two can go from there.
