A and B are both likely candidates. Oxygen is being used up without being replaced, so the available oxygen decreases and incomplete combustion becomes more likely. Having said that, A is more likely than B due to the greater amount of oxygen being used.

I would say both A and B as they are a good way to get carbon monoxide poisoning! The combustion is incomplete if carbon monoxide is being produced. Propane burning in a well adjusted grill with free acess to air should burn pretty cleanly.

I think the answer is none of the three. There is no such thing as incomplete combustion my Classmate said.
