Technically, yes, but it is also really dumb.

Also, I'm fairly sure the capital letter traditionally goes at the beginning of a name; little rEsaNee is never going to have her name capitalised properly. Or pronounced properly.

It makes me think of "resonate." I don't like it whether it is "unique" or not.

What about Desiree instead? Or Renee?
